Don't expect a whole life story here. I have a few hobbies that I enjoy spending time and money on. They are right now limited to Cars, Sports, and Video Games. My daily driving car is a 1990 Porsche C4 Cabriolet ("Ivory") which is in excellent shape. I used to race it one weekend per month at Mineral Wells with the Maverick Region of the Porsche Club of America until I bought our "track car" which is a 1978 Porsche 911 SC ("Ebony"). Ebony finally achieved Top Time of Day status at an Autocross for the first time in 2004, after rebuilding the entire suspension to race specifications. My activities in sports right now consists of daily Ping Pong matches, watching football, and listening to The Ticket, SportsRadio 1310 on your AM dial in the D/FW area. I am a P1 listener, for those that know what that means. I used to even listen to Rocco... I also work out at least 3 times a week at the local gym. The final entry under sports would have to be cycling. I don't do nearly as much as I would like, but try to make the Greater Dallas Bicyclists Club rides on Tuesday evenings (during the non-winter months) and occasionally catch the Richardson Bike Mart rides on Saturday mornings when time permist. I have a PlayStation 2, and no, I don't have an X-Box. Not that I don't want one, I just wouldn't have time to play it. My favorite games are any of the Tomb Raider series, any of the Twisted Metal series, and any of the Grand Theft Auto series - I just got San Andreas, and wish I had a week of vacation to burn while I play it :) My favorite movies (right now) are Being John Malkovich, Austin Powers, True Romance, Pulp Fiction, and The Fifth Element. |
